During my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to Kulasparken, just a few steps away, and explore the nearby Storbyen Kjopesenter Sarpsborg for shopping and dining options. it made my city strolls incredibly delightful.

Request a room on a higher floor for better views and quieter stay. the noise level decreases significantly.

Just an appropriate option for a transient visit in Sarpsborg with great value for the money. The breakfast was delicious, served right in the lobby, which made mornings more enjoyable. Consider asking the front desk about parking options beforehand. it can save some hassle.

The Queen Room was okay, but not super impressive. It was pretty comfy, just a standard vibe. The shower was good, and I liked the two sets of towels. TV had a decent range of shows to choose from, which was a nice plus. Just felt like the room could use a little updating. Overall, a decent stay for a night.

The location of this hotel is great, right in the city center and attached to a shopping mall, making it easy to explore the area. The parking situation was frustrating. you have to park a distance away and navigate outside the mall to get to the hotel, which could be a hassle, especially in bad weather. The gym was closed during my stay, and there were very few vegan options at breakfast. Additionally, the TV signal was weak, and noise from the adjacent room was bothersome. My check-in experience left a bit to be desired. the receptionist was a bit abrupt, which wasn't the most welcoming start. Overall, while there were some positives, several aspects need attention for a more enjoyable stay.

Had a great stay! The breakfast was plentiful and just delicious, the comfy beds made for a superb night's sleep, and the cleanliness was on point. Would totally come back!
